Resolves guest complaints within scope of authority otherwise refers the matter to management. Responds effectively to guest inquiries related to MGM Grand Detroit and the downtown Detroit area providing excellent guest service. Promotes and maintains the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs. Logs and reports all telephone troubles and handles emergency repairs calls when necessary.
Transfers incoming calls to appropriate staff on mobile units when approved. Essential Functions: Answers incoming telephone calls, connects calls to appropriate departments and hotel guests.
